Piranavan qualified as a Dentist from King’s College London in 2017 and completed his MSc in Periodontology from UCL’s Eastman Dental Institute in 2025, during which time he also completed an Implant Accreditation Course that was held by UCL Hospital. He also successfully completed his examinations to gain membership into the Royal College of Surgeons England and the College of General Dentistry in 2021. Additionally, he is a member of the British Society of Periodontology and the European Federation of Periodontology and has participated in multiple conferences worldwide, ranging from London to Singapore.

Piranavan is experienced in all aspects of dentistry and his further education and experience allow him to offer comprehensive treatment for all forms of gum disease.

Piranavan strives to create a welcoming environment for his patients and endeavours to ensure that appointments are as stress-free as possible. As well as his dedication to providing evidence-based and high-quality treatment, he places an emphasis on educating and empowering patients with the information and tools necessary to maintain their oral health.

Outside of dentistry, Piranavan enjoys exercise and sports, particularly football and bouldering.

Asfia is an experienced Patient Care Coordinator who began her career in dental practices across New York before moving to the UK. With a strong background in patient support and care coordination, she plays a key role in ensuring that each patient’s journey through the practice is smooth, well-organised, and stress-free.
Since relocating, Asfia has continued to provide high-quality support to patients, helping them feel informed, comfortable, and confident at every stage of their treatment. She is passionate about delivering excellent service and is known for her friendly, approachable manner
Asfia enjoys building lasting relationships with both patients and colleagues, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone feels at ease.

As a motivated and compassionate young dentist, Dr. Amrit is passionate about delivering excellent patient care and committed to ongoing professional development. Since recently joining the practice, he has been focused on building strong, lasting relationships with patients while continuously advancing his clinical skills.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Amrit maintains an active lifestyle through playing football—striking a healthy balance between work and personal interests. He is excited to be part of the team and is dedicated to ensuring every patient receives high-quality, personalised care.

Serpil qualified as a Dental Therapist& Hygienist from King’s College London.

She divides her clinical work between general practice and community dentistry, with a particular focus on paediatric care and patients with additional needs.

Her calm, friendly approach helps to build trust, and she is especially experienced in supporting nervous patients and children to feel at ease throughout their treatment.

Serpil is also involved in charitable work and volunteers with Dentaid, delivering oral health education.

Outside of dentistry, she enjoys travelling.

She is committed to providing personalised, compassionate care and ensuring every patient feels well looked after.

With excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for patient wellbeing, Denisa plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for all who come through the doors. She is committed to fostering strong relationships between patients and the dental team, helping to make every appointment as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Anish graduated from King’s College London, the UK’s leading dental school, in 2010. Since then, he has excelled in general and restorative dentistry, performing complex procedures with precision and outstanding results. In addition to his clinical work, Anish serves as an Educational Supervisor for the NHS London Deanery, where he trains and assesses newly qualified dentists and therapists each year.

Known for his caring and gentle approach, Anish takes the time to explain treatments and ensures his patients receive the best dental care. He is especially skilled in implants and stays up to date with the latest research to provide top-quality results.

Dr Mani Simyab

Associate Dentist and Implant Surgeon

Dr. Mani qualified from the University of Copenhagen in 1993 and has been part of our dental practice for 20 years. He has special interests in general dentistry, cosmetic treatments, restorative work, and dental implants. He completed implantology training in 1996 and again in 2009 to stay up to date with the latest techniques.

Patients love Dr. Mani for his friendly approach and attention to detail. Whether it’s a routine check-up or more advanced treatments, he’s dedicated to providing high- quality care and helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles.

I joined Essence in 2014 working on reception and, after leaving to have my second child, I have recently returned.
I enjoy working here as the practice has a warm friendly atmosphere and all the staff are lovely.
I have 25 years’ experience as both a dental nurse and dental receptionist and will always do my best to give all patients the advice and support they need and endeavour to give the best experience they can ask for at the practice.
Outside of work I enjoy family life with my husband, two children and our cat.
I am a keen photographer and enjoy running and Pilates.

Hi, my name is Kelly and I am one of four receptionists at Essence Dental Clinic.
I joined the practice team nearly two and a half years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. My dental journey started at the age of eighteen as a dental nurse, I then worked as an orthodontic nurse and worked at an anaesthetic clinic before becoming a dental receptionist. So you could say I have gained a little bit of dental knowledge over the years.

My reception role at Essence is very varied and busy and can sometimes be challenging but I love the interaction with our patients. The practice has a warm and welcoming atmosphere and there is a strong team spirit here which makes it a pleasure to come to work.

Outside of work I have a very busy life with two teenage sons and a crazy dog. I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with friends and love the theatre.

Nataliya qualified as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist at King’s College Hospital in London. She started her dental career over fifteen years ago.

During her training at King’s she gained experience at Outreach Community Clinics and King’s departments including Adult Therapy, Paediatric and Medically Complex Patients. Nataliya also completed “Lidcombe” and “Indirect Speech and Language Therapy” that are particularly helpful for Dentally Anxious patients.

Her positive and prevention-based approach helps keep her patients relaxed, motivated and happy.

After obtaining his Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties of England (MJDF RCS) of the Royal College of Surgeons, Dr. Ali underwent surgical training, under the guidance and mentorship of Professor Hilt Tatum – a pioneer in implant dentistry who invented the sinus bone graft procedure in 1975. Dr Ali has since performed many surgical procedures with Professor Tatum, including learning the innovative sinus grafting technique.

As well as performing implant procedures across ten practices in the UK, Dr. Ali is a trainer, mentor and dental implant lead at the Dental Care Group. His expert training under some of the dental industry’s most prominent professors, such as the pioneer of the dental implant, Professor Hilt Tatum and the globally renowned dental implant surgeon, Dr Balwant Vekaria, is testament to his place as a leading light in transformative dentistry.
